Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund provided you meet the requirements below. To arrange your return for refund, you must first contact us at support@sleepslimmers.com

Our requirements are as follows: 

  • Our standard refund policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, typically we can’t arrange a refund. 
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • In order to process your refund, we require you to provide us with your return shipment's tracking information. 
  • Please note that packages that are "Returned To Sender" or "Refused" are absolutely, 100% not eligible for refund and there are no exceptions to this policy. Do not "Return To Sender" or "Refuse" a package. If you do so, you will not be able to get a refund. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you send a package back marked "Return To Sender" or "Refused" not only will you not be eligible for a refund (no exceptions) but we are also unable to ship your product back to you. Do not use this method under any circumstance.
  • Exchanged goods are ineligible for return. 
  • Items included in orders with a total value above $100 USD cannot be returned or exchanged. If customers would like to place a large order, we recommend first placing a smaller order to ensure a good fit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchange Policy

If you experience a sizing issue, you can exchange your order for a different size provided you meet the requirements below. To arrange your exchange, please email us at  support@sleepslimmers.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, we will then arrange for a replacement in your desired size to be shipped to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SleepSlimmers™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
